I love how that person can't even be bothered to spell "hilarious" correctly.
And if you REALLY want to be specific, and I know you do, the show these hilarious characters can be found on is a Japanese variety show called "Downtown no Gaki no Tsukai ya Arahende!!" which prominently features the comedy duo Downtown, also known as Hitoshi Matsumoto and Masatoshi Hamada. Later joining the show was Hosei Yamasaki and another comedy duo Cocoricco, made up of Endo Shozo and Naoki Tanaka.
